We had the privelage of attending the 2023 Road Rally Via Taxi. Consider it like music college for film and TV PLUS some industry personnel.
I was fortunate enough to be joined by the other half of my administration team. Lisa Fowle is a powerhouse of a mix engineer, and pushing the boundaries for women in her field everyday. We stayed at The Westin LAX. My one on one mentor was Derek Nakamoto. We discussed management and he listened to a few of my tracks. All in all an amazing weekend. If you work in the music industry and have not been to a Road Rally, get to one as soon as possible.
